about fonts

Who only wants to know what cap tallies german sailor wore in the Kaiserlichen Marine, or during WW II or in the german navy 1955-1959 can close this window.

But who really wants to know, how the cap tallies looked like, needs two fonts:

font:

Fette Fraktur

Fette Fraktur-Semi-Bold

filename:

fettefrn.ttf

fettefra.ttf

file size:

68.320 kB

This has two reasons: at that time the germans had two small "s" :     and    .

So if you want to see all exactly you have to install both fonts.

Here an example for the font:

and following font should be on the pc, too:

Font:

EnglischeSchT

Marriage

file name:

englshn.ttf

mg_____.ttf

file size:

The correct representation of the cap tallies of the GDR is not yet possible, because I do not have the right font.
